caN'T MAKE IT TO THE GAME? YOU CAN HELP BY donating below!

Those who are diagnosed with ALS today have the same prognosis as Lou Gehrig did 80 years ago. A life expectancy of 2-5 years on average. No effective treatments or cures. One-hundred percent fatal.

Help us change that.

Lou Gehrig Day in MLB was established in 2021 with the help of LeBatard Show with Stugotz staffers Tom Haberstroh and Kate Fagan, raising awareness about ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. Kate's father passed away due to ALS in 2019 while Tom's mother is currently battling the disease.

That's why, in partnership with the Miami Marlins, we're hosting a Loulapalooza fundraiser and party on June 2 when the Miami Marlins host the San Francisco Giants as part of Lou Gehrig Day. On the morning of June 2, we will be hosting a live fundraiser on our YouTube channel with special guests. In addition, LeBatard Show with Stugotz will be attending the game and hosting a meet-and-greet with fans at the Bacardi Bar at 5:30 pm ET.

Any donation helps. In honor of Lou Gehrig who wore No. 4 for the New York Yankees, we have set the goal for $44,444. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit ALS organizations focused on research, care and advocacy.

Research: The University of Miami ALS Center

Care: Project Main Street

Advocacy: I AM ALS.

Thank you for helping us strike out ALS!
